We want you to love your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security tags are intact, and include the completed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
